I struggle with patience, especially when it comes to difficult assignments. Film Photography has been a constant struggle for me since last August, and I made it through two classes. On Wednesday, I will endure my last critique on my film photographs.
There has always been a light at the end of this long tunnel, but I had never thought I would reach it. I thought I could never measure up! Self-doubt, I think, goes hand-in-hand with patience because we often doubt ourselves when something is taking to long to complete. Don’t doubt yourself. That is no fun. We are all brilliant in our own ways. Sometimes assignments or tasks may take longer, but that doesn’t mean you are dumb. It means that you are doing your best and it may just need more time to complete the assignment to your liking.
The final film photography assignment has been challenging, but completely worth it! I am so glad I didn’t drop out. #gallery-1017-1 { margin: auto; } #gallery-1017-1 .gallery-item { float: left; margin-top: 10px; text-align: center; width: 50%; } #gallery-1017-1 img { border: 2px solid #cfcfcf; } #gallery-1017-1 .gallery-caption { margin-left: 0; } /* see gallery_shortcode() in wp-includes/media.php */
Even if the stress gets overwhelming, take a deep breath and keep going! Don’t give up. You will eventually reach the light at the end of the tunnel!
